The following General Conditions constitute the entire contract with the Buyer. The person recognized as the highest bidder on a lot will be hereinafter referred to as the BUYER. Caroline Nguyen is called the SELLER. By bidding, you declare that you accept without reservation all the general conditions of this auction. The description of the lots is purely indicative. Great care has been taken in the description of each work, but an error or omission cannot be the responsibility of the SELLER. The SELLER reserves the right to modify, rectify or delete an ad at any time before the start of an auction, regardless of whether offers have been placed on the item. Online bidders understand and acknowledge that their sole responsibility is to the works on which they bid in full conscience. The photos and descriptions of each work are detailed to the maximum to allow them to make their own opinion so that the bidder can decide to bid with an informed opinion. Any request for additional information must be submitted before the start of the auction. Sales are final. The BUYER will not be able to withdraw, claim a refund or return the work. The SELLER reserves the right to refuse any sale due to unforeseen circumstances such as damage caused to an article, withdrawal of a lot or any other reason of this kind. In case of refusal of sale for which payment has already been received, the full refund will be made. The works will be perfectly packaged for shipping but cannot be held responsible in the event of shipping delay, shipping error or a work lost or damaged by the carrier. The shipping is done at the expense of the BUYEN and is his responsibility, as well as any customs or insurance procedures and fees.
