REPRESENTATIONS AND WARRANTIES: The lots listed in this catalog will be offered by Chruchills Auction Gallery as owner or as agent for consignor(s) subject to the following terms and conditions: By bidding at auction, you agree to be bound by these Conditions of Sale. Any statements or descriptions contained in the catalog, bill of sale, invoice, by auctioneer, online or elsewhere are qualified statements of opinion only and are not representations or warranties. Specifically, any description of manufacturer, artisan authorship, period, culture, source, origin, measurement, quality, condition, rarity, provenance, importance, historical relevance, physical condition or authenticity ARE QUALIFIED STATEMENTS OF OPINION ONLY AND ARE NOT REPRESENTATIONS OR WARRANTIES. Descriptions provided in any printed catalog, Internet catalog or Internet information do not include condition reports. The absence of a condition statement does not imply that the lot is in perfect condition or completely free from wear, tear, imperfections or the effects of aging. It is recommended that all prospective bidders carefully examine all items in which they have an interest. If you require absolute certainty in all areas of authenticity and description, we recommend you have an expert examine and research the item(s) for you or that you do not bid on the item in question. By placing a bid, you signify that you have examined the items as fully as you desire to, or you have chosen not to examine them. ALL SALES ARE FINAL. INVOICES: Invoices will be emailed within seven business days after the end of the auction. PAYMENT: All merchandise must be paid in full within seven days of the invoice date. Bidders may pay with cash, wire, personal check, money order, bank check, or Paypal. Please note that bidders who decide to use Paypal will be charged an additional 2.5% of the hammer price plus buyers premium for this service. DOMESTIC SHIPPING INFORMATION: The buyer will pay all shipping, handling and insurance costs. Churchills Auction House will, by default, ship USPS flat rate with signature confirmation/registered mail and insurance based on the hammer price plus buyer's premium. Please note that it is the responsibility of the Bidder to follow-up on any shipping issues with the designated third party provider. INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING INFORMATION: Successful international Bidders shall provide written shipping instructions, including specified customs declarations, to Churchills Auction Gallery for any lots to be delivered outside of the United States. NOTE: Declaration value shall be the item(s) hammer price together with its buyers premium. Please note that it is the responsibility of the Bidder to follow-up on shipping issues with the designated third party service. All items will be shipped with insurance via registered mail and Churchills Auction Gallery will not assume any liability once the item has been shipped or is in the possession of the common or third party carrier. If the client has a signature release on file with the carrier, then the package will be considered delivered by Churchills Auction Gallery once it is in the possession of the third party carrier. Please note that it is the responsibility of the Bidder to follow-up on shipping issues with the designated third party provider. CUSTOMS: The Bidder is responsible to make sure that all purchased items are not prohibited by their local customs office. Churchills Auction Gallery will ship without researching the customs regulations of the Bidders respective country. Any loss via seized merchandise is bourne by the Bidder. Churchills Auction Gallery will do its best to combine shipping for bidders that win multiple lots. Some items may need to be shipped separately due to size, shape, fragility etc. PASSED LOTS: All passed lots are available for purchase at the start price after the auction has ended.
