We do not accept PayPal or Credit Cards but we do accept checks which can take up to 20 business days to clear from your bank, money orders which take 7 business days to make sure are not fake, bank drafts, wire transfers for fastest service, Western Unions, and of course, cash. Payment is expected to be received within 10 days after the auction date. Please make sure you have any condition reports necessary prior to Auction time, as once the sale begins, no condition reports will be sent out. Measurements are approximate and may be off by fractional inches, every effort is made to be correct but typos do occur and can be overlooked when proofed. There are some buyers that have issues that could have been resolved by asking questions before the sale. I want to repeat again, All Sales Final, Everything Is Sold As Is, With No Exceptions. No Refunds Are Given For Any Reasons Whatsoever. We will be glad to take your purchase to one of several packing stores for you. Most purchasers seem to be pleased with the UPS packing store system and there are 3 close by. The arrangements for packing and shipping are completely between you and the packer, we are not responsible for any of their actions or charges. If a purchased item is going to be shipped overseas and requires an ITN number, the piece will have to be shipped from a specific UPS Shipping Store in Knoxville that specializes in getting these numbers. The fee for this service is between the buyer and the UPS Store with us having no part in this transaction other than delivering the object to the packing store. Please ask any questions you may have well in advance of the auction, your interest is appreciated and we want to work with you but on sale day, do not expect condition reports or information as all the staff will be working at the auction.
