Our 14 days return policy is only for customers that pay for items on time which is 3 days after receipt of the invoice by email without an open dispute. Your refund will be for the full purchase price except the premium buyer fee and shipping cost. Items must be returned as received via an insured & trackable method such as DHL, UPS or FedEx. Properly pack the item, merchandise must be returned in its original condition. Refunds are generally made within 10 business days.
