A restocking fee of twenty percent (20%) will be deducted from the Hammer and Buyer's Premium Invoice total. Shipping, handling and insurance charges are non-refundable. Customers are responsible for fully insured return shipping. The Customer must make sure to carefully package and provide tracking information for the item(s) they are returning. All authorized returns must be received in the same condition as when they were originally shipped to the Customer, or they will be returned to the Customer at their cost. Any unauthorized returns will be discarded and the winning bidder will relinquish any and all claims to these items. Refusal to accept merchandise delivered by LGA to the winning bidder constitutes an unauthorized return in direct violation of these Terms and Conditions.
