Terms and conditions of sale: To better understand conditions of the sale prior to placing your bid, please familiarize your self with the terms. 1. All descriptions are made following the signatures, schools/style, labels or any kind of marks founded on the items. 2. By placing bid buyers acknowledge that they have read, understand and agree to all the of the auction terms and conditions. You agree to pay any applicable taxes , shipping and packaging.**Your bid is a contract: By placing a bid with buyers understand that they are making a legally binding offer to purchase. If the bid is accepted by the seller, a legally binding contract is created at the instant of acceptance. In the event of non-payment by the bidder, according to the terms stated in this auction listing, seller is entitled to seek compensation from buyer for all costs of re-selling this lot, any difference in price between the two sales and all legal fees incurred by the seller in securing such payments from buyer. 3. Bidding: The successful bidder is the highest bidder acknowledged by the auctioneer. In the event of any dispute between bidders, or in the event of doubt of the validity of any bid, the auctioneer will have the final discretion either to determine the successful bidder or to re-offer and resell the article or lot. 4. The purchaser assumes full responsibility for items at the fall of the hammer. Please bid responsibly and ask all questions prior to placing the bid as all sales are final and we do not accept returns for any reason. 5. We reserve the right to withdraw any lot at any time before, during, or after the auction without liability.The auctioneer reserves the right to reject any bid at any time and as his sole discretion. 6. PAYMENT: We accept major credit card payments, Paypal and wire transfer and reserve the right to chose which form of payment to accept for certain items .Currencies may change and will be in the exact amount as the purchase price in the US dollar.This depends on consignors location or for other reason however it is automatic and will not affect the bidders. If we are prevented by fire, theft, or any other reason whatsoever from delivering any property to the purchaser, our liability shall be limited to the sum actually paid, by the purchaser for such property.The bidders must complete the payment within 5 days unless arrangement is made. 7.SHIPPING:We offer inhouse shipping. Winning bidders may rest at ease as we take care of the shipping for them.The invoice will reflect the shipping charges which always include shipping & handling ,insurance + signature confirmation cost. Items will ship within 2 weeks time (ussually much faster).In case of consigments delivery may vary depending where the consignors are located.Generally they are delivered within 7-10 days for domestic consignors and 10-20 days or 2-6 weeks for international depending on the location, size and the type of items. 8. Neither we nor the consignor make any warranties or representations of any kind or nature with respect to property or its value, and in no event shall be responsible for the correctness of description, genuineness, attribution, provenance, authenticity, authorship, completeness, condition of property or estimate of value.All measurements are approximate. 10. A range of estimates is given on each lot with a low and a high estimate. Estimates should not be relied on as a prediction of the actual selling or resale price . 11. In the unlikely event we lose our Internet connection, we reserve the right in its sole and absolute discretion to cancel the remainder of the auction. 12a.Warranty:For the items already autheticated, (third party authetication), a certificate of autheticity is provided.For those that have not been we may issue authetication letter based on our assesment. 12b.We and/or consignor disclaim any warranties expressed or implied including but not limited to the warranty of merchantability or fitness for any particular purpose. We attempt to catalog every lot correctly and will attempt to point out any defects and will not be responsible or liable for the correctness of the catalog or other descriptions of the lot. No warranties are made for weather or not merchandise complies with any applicable governmental rules, regulations or ordinances of any kind of nature whatsoever.Originality does not necessarily warrant autheticity... Please check with local laws for specific items such as antique and vintage machinery or weaponry etc. All items are available for inquiries prior to bidding. Written and oral descriptions are merely our opinions and/or suggestions, and are not be construed as a guarantee of any kind as to age or value, merchantability, resale , origin, any flaws or conditions, originality, authenticity, age or origin etc. etc. By placing a bid, either in person, by phone, absentee or via the Internet, you signify that you have examined the items as fully as you desire to or that you have chosen not to examine them.
