When bidding on any lot offered by Jaybird Auctions, the bidder indicates acceptance of the following terms of sale. Any participation in the auction binds you to the agreement of these terms whether or not you have read or understand the said terms.
This is a REMOTE AUCTION. All items are located at 173 Friendsville Rd, McHenry, MD 21541. This location has ground-level loading access and there is no loading dock on the premises. The buyer is responsible for the removal of all items on the designated pickup days and must bring their own help and equipment for loading. All items must be retrieved on the designated pickup days without exception (rain or shine). All items not retrieved after the designated pickups will be considered forfeited without refund.
All sales final. No items may be returned for any reason. Items are represented to the best of the auction house's ability, all descriptions are believed accurate but not guaranteed. No previews available for this auction. All items are being sold as-is/where-is.
Invoices will be sent within 24 hours of the close of the auction. Payment is due upon receipt of the invoice. All credit and debit payments are subject to a 3.75% convenience fee. All wire transfer payments are subject to any banking related fees. Buyer's may also select ACH at checkout for a 1% fee. Auction house accepts cashier's check or cash at pickup. If paying by any option other than CC buyer must notify auction house within 24 hours of the auction closing to avoid the auto payment.
All pickups are by APPOINTMENT ONLY at 173 Friendsville Rd, McHenry, MD 21541. The pickup dates for this auction are as follows:
Friday, June 14th, 10am - 4pm
Saturday, June 15th, 10am - 4pm

TAX EXEMPT BIDDERS must upload a tax ID to Live Auctioneers prior to the auction or it will not be reflected on the invoice.
Buyer releases Jaybird Auctions from any and all claims for loss or damage to any item during transit and agrees to pay all costs of defense, including attorney fees, for any claims brought against Jaybird Auctions for loss or damage occurring in transit.

If you have not contacted Jaybird Auctions to arrange payment within 3 days of the time that invoice is sent, we will charge the credit card you used to register for the auction for the amount of your invoice.
