When bidding on any lot offered by Jaybird Auctions, the bidder indicates acceptance of the following terms of sale. Any participation in the auction binds you to the agreement of these terms whether or not you have read or understand the said terms. This is a REMOTE AUCTION. All items are located at 173 Friendsville Rd, McHenry, MD 21541. This location has ground-level loading access and there is no loading dock on the premises. The buyer is responsible for the removal of all items on the designated pickup days and must bring their own help and equipment for loading. All items must be retrieved on the designated pickup days without exception (rain or shine). All items not retrieved after the designated pickups will be considered forfeited without refund. All sales final. No items may be returned for any reason. Items are represented to the best of the auction house's ability, all descriptions are believed accurate but not guaranteed. No previews available for this auction. All items are being sold as-is/where-is. Invoices will be sent within 24 hours of the close of the auction. Payment is due upon receipt of the invoice. All credit and debit payments are subject to a 3.75% convenience fee. All wire transfer payments are subject to any banking related fees. Buyer's may also select ACH at checkout for a 1% fee. Auction house accepts cashier's check or cash at pickup. If paying by any option other than CC buyer must notify auction house within 24 hours of the auction closing to avoid the auto payment.
