All lots will be offered and sold subject to the Conditions of Sale. By bidding at auctions, bidders are bound by the Conditions, as amended by any announcements and notices at the time of sale, which together form the contract of sale. Should items be returned to the Astero due to incorrect delivery address provided or the absence of the buyer to collect the parcel, the buyer will be obligated to make a 2nd payment for shipping and will be liable for other fees and taxes that were associated with the lots being directed back.
