Ceramics and glass lots are represented as being free of major damage or repairs, unless otherwise stated but may not cover superficial damage or manufacturing defects and where possible, visible damage is shown in photograph. This Warranty does not cover normal wear on furniture, unless otherwise stated. Pieces that are, in our opinion, refinished, are described as such. The description of clocks and lighting devices, may be incomplete and may not identify every mechanical replacement, repair, or defect. The absence of reference to the condition of a clock or lighting device does not imply it to be in working condition or without defects, repairs, restorations, or replacement parts. Bidder acknowledges that all lots were accessible for on hand inspection prior to the Auction and that he or she relied solely on their own inspection of the lots and not any information listed in the catalog or otherwise provided by Auctioneer, the Auction staff or Seller.
