Payment is expected within 7 days after receipt of invoice. We only accept United States Postal Service USPS MONEY ORDERS (NO EXCEPTIONS) up to USD$1,000 and BANK WIRE TRANSFERS. Any amount over $1,000 must be settled in its entirety by bank wire transfer only, no exceptions. NO credit cards or PayPal accepted. We do not extend credit terms and any purchase not paid for within these terms will be considered in default. Buyers who do not pay for items will receive a dispute filing and will be blocked from bidding on future live auctions. As a service to the buyer, Baer & Bosch Auctioneers, will arrange in-house packing, shipping, and insurance on items. Shipping, packaging, and handling of purchased lots is at the risk and expense of the purchaser. Condition reports reflect our opinion only, to the best of our knowledge, and many not necessarily be complete. No guarantees will be given by Baer & Bosch Auctioneers, Inc. Photographs will count as part of the description with regards to visible attributes. Material contained in the catalog, advertisement, or any other publications of Baer & Bosch Auctioneers, Inc, is presented on an indicative basis only without any responsibility for Baer & Bosch Auctioneers, Inc. The sale will take place in US dollars without any guarantees. Baer & Bosch Auctioneers, Inc will not accept any responsibility whatsoever for any defect or deterioration of any lot nor for any precisions or indications given concerning the author, maker, origin, period, age, attribution, provenance, authenticity, weight, or condition of any object. Furthermore no employee of Baer & Bosch Auctioneers, Inc has authority to give any kind of guarantee whatsoever. We have the full discretion to refuse any bidding, to withdrawal any lot or lots from the sale without giving any reason. Baer & Bosch Auctioneers, Inc may also bid on the behalf of vendors in situations where reserve prices have been agreed on. In these cases, the vendor is treated as a buyer and the auctioneer shall bid on his behalf up to the reserve price. If the reserve price fixed by the vender is not reached, the auctioneer passes to the next lot by the knock of the gavel. The starting price will be at the auctioneer`s discretion. The bid increments will be fixed by 5 - 10% however the auctioneer can modify this rate at his own discretion. The auctioneer has the right to refuse to adjudicate any lot to someone he knows to be a bad debtor to protect the vendor`s interest. In addition to the hammer price, a buyer`s premium is payable as follows: twenty percent (20%) of each lot. On the fall of the gavel, liability for the knock down lot (lots), passes to the bidder whose bid has been accepted. Lots will be released to the buyer`s shipper when the hammer price and the buyer`s premium have been paid in full. In case of late payment of more than 20 days, the buyer forfeits all of his rights and Baer & Bosch Auctioneers, Inc may accordingly take all appropriate steps to protect its interests and/or those of the vendor`s including claiming damages and interest. Baer & Bosch Auctioneers, Inc may renounce on the execution of the sale, claim damages and interest and also, to protect its interests, concern itself no longer bound by the conditions of the contract. The buyer who has the late payment beyond 20 days accepts that Baer & Bosch Auctioneers, Inc may cancel the sale and charge a penalty equivalent to the buyer`s premium and the vendor`s commission which would have been earned had the sale been completed in a normal manner. In case of receiving a delayed payment, Baer & Bosch Auctioneers, Inc is not responsible for the purchased lots, expressly any disappearances, changes, or damage caused or incurred.
