All lots will be offered and sold subject to the Conditions of Sale. By bidding at auctions, bidders are bound by the Conditions, as amended by any announcements and notices at the time of sale, which together form the contract of sale. All bids are subject to a non-refundable 23% buyer?s premium, which shall be paid as part of the purchase price. Invoices will be sent via e-mail to winning bidders after the sale has ended. Should items be returned to the Astero due to incorrect delivery address provided or the absence of the buyer to collect the parcel, the buyer will be obligated to make a 2nd payment for shipping and will be liable for other fees and taxes that were associated with the lots being directed back.
