ALL PRICES ARE IN US DOLLARS LOTS LOTS ARE SOLD AS IS. To the best of our knowledge all items in the lots are original issue unless otherwise stated. We offer no guarantees on originality and will not be held liable. Please look carefully at the photos of the items in each lot, and feel free to as any questions before bidding. PURCHASE ARE NOT REFUNDABLE AND ARE FINAL BUYER'S PREMIUM A buyer's premium of 25% is added to the hammer price of each lot. PAYMENT After the conclusion of the auction, we will send out a payment and shipping invoice to all winning bidders. Payment by any type of credit/debit card will only be accepted up to a final price (hammer + premium) of $1000. For items sold at a combined final price of over $1000, payment will only be accepted in the form of a wire transfer or money order/cashiers check. Credit card payments are subject to an additional charge of 3%. Invoices must be paid upon receipt SALES TAX Winning bids with shipments outside of Canada do not incur sales tax. We do not charge sales tax on items shipped to the US or to any other country outside of Canada. We do however charge sales tax on shippments to addresses within Canada (GST, QST, or HST). We make every effort to keep the shipping cost as low as possible for the buyer, and we do combine items to save on shipping. Shipping is done either by Fedex or by CanadaPost. Please allow up to 7-14 days after paying your invoice for your items to be shipped. Items are shipped in the order payment in received. All packages are insured and come with a tracking number. The buyer assumes all responsibility for any loss or damage to the package or items inside due to shipping. The Auctioneer will not be held liable for lost or damaged packages or damaged items inside the package due to shipping. All claims must be submitted by the buyer to the shipper. Shipments outside of the USA or CANADA are at the buyer's own risk
