You must adhere to the following guidelines: you must contact Jewellery Foundry & Co via email on info@jewelleryfoundryco.com within 30 days of receiving the parcel and inform us of the damage. you must provide evidence to show that the item is damaged or faulty, this could be in the form of photographs or a letter from a qualified jeweller. you must must follow the return instructions provided to you by JF&Co staff. Our 30 day return policy does not cover change of mind or circumstance, nor does it cover wilful damage caused by the customer. If wilful damage is suspected, a Qualified Jeweller will be used to make an assessment. Our return policy does not cover items that have been shipped internationally. Faulty Items: We take the utmost care in ensuring you will never receive a faulty item, however, if you do, we will endeavour to rectify the situation promptly. If an item has a minor fault, we will have the item repaired at no cost to you. If the item is deemed to have a major fault, you have the choice of having the item replaced, at no cost to you, or receiving a refund. The extent of the fault is to be assessed by our appointed Qualified Jeweller. The guidelines listed in the return policy apply. Faulty items are not covered once leaving Australia.
