Right of Withdrawal In accordance with Legislative Decree 206/2005 (Consumer Code), the buyer has the right to withdraw from the purchase within 14 working days of receiving the item, without the need to provide any reason. To exercise the right of withdrawal, the buyer must send a written communication via email, stating their intention to withdraw and providing the relevant purchase details. The item must be returned in its original condition, within 14 days from the withdrawal notice. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the buyer. Once the item has been received and its condition verified, the paid amount, including any auction fees, will be refunded within 14 days. -----
