If there are any questions regarding a particular item, or more photos are needed, please email Covington Avenue (CA) at least 72 hours prior to auction date & time. - It is the responsibility of the Bidder to determine condition, age, value, authenticity or any other various factor of purchase. CA will attempt to describe the merchandise as carefully as possible, with pricing based on market conditions. It is up to the Bidder to determine actual value as he sees fit. CA will not be liable for any errors or omissions unless there is a gross misrepresentation in the integrity of the item itself. PAYMENT All payments are to be made within seven (7) days of the auction via PayPal. Shipping will be billed separately through our preferred provider (see "Shipping"). The purchaser is legally responsible for payment. Failure to pay within seven (7) days will result in a 25% re-stocking fee and the item may be resold at the discretion of CA. If there is a valid reason for non-payment, please notify CA to make arrangements. Non-payment may result in legal proceedings and the purchaser will be responsible for any and all fees incurred during the collection process. SALES TAX Purchases made within the state of Texas will be charged 8.25% sales tax unless the purchaser possesses a valid state resale certificate. BIDDING CA reserves the right to withdraw or re-catalog items listed in this auction catlogue. Pre-bids or absentee bids are welcome and encouraged. If there are any malfunctions or computer errors associated with the internet bidding process, CA or its consignors will not be held responsible. SHIPPING Shipping may be combined for this auction. Covington Avenue offers shipping exclusively through Postal Annex. Once payment is received for the winning bid, the item(s) will be delivered to Postal Annex for shipping preparation. You will be billed separately once your package is ready for shipment. There is a $4.00 packing & handling fee associated with each shipment + exact cost of postage + insurance on any package with a value over $25.
