1. Acceptance of Terms: By participating in auctions or purchasing items through Atlas Auction, you agree to abide by these Terms & Conditions.
2. Item Descriptions: All items are sold "as is" and are described to the best of our ability. We encourage bidders to inspect items prior to bidding.
3. Bidding Process: Bidding may start at a specified amount determined by the auctioneer. The auctioneer reserves the right to withdraw any item or reject any bid deemed inappropriate.
4. Buyer?s Premium: A buyer's premium of 5 %to 25 will be added to the final bid amount. This premium is part of the total purchase price.
5. Payment: Payment is due upon receipt of the invoice. We accept payment via credit card, bank transfer, or other specified methods. Failure to pay within the required timeframe may result in cancellation of the sale.
6. Shipping and Handling: Shipping costs are the responsibility of the buyer. We offer various shipping options and will provide tracking information once the item has shipped.
7. Returns and Refunds: All sales are final. We do not accept returns unless there is a defect in the item. Any defects must be reported within 5 days of receipt.
8. Liability: Atlas Auction is not liable for any loss or damage that occurs during shipping. It is the buyer's responsibility to arrange for shipping and insurance.
9. Governing Law: These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of the state in which Atlas Auction operates. Any disputes arising from these terms shall be resolved in the appropriate courts of that jurisdiction.
