Policies Shipping Shipping will be provided and included in your invoice at a cost of $5 for the first lot, then $.25 every lot after capped at $10 total. Autopay This auction uses Autopay provided by LiveAuctioneers. If you place a winning bid, your card will be charged shortly after the conclusion of the auction. The transaction fee is $.50 and 1%. Terms By registering and bidding in an auction conducted by The Hobby Box, Bidders agree to the following terms. Please read as this is the only terms and conditions on which all property is offered for sale. The Hobby Box retains the right to ban any Bidder from participating in any auction and to exclude or reject any bid. ACCEPTANCE OF TERMS: Bidding on any item indicates the Bidders agreement to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. Any right of Bidder under this agreement shall not be assignable and shall only be enforceable by the original buyer. The rights and obligations of the parties shall be governed by the laws of the state of New York. All Bidders submit to the personal jurisdiction of the state and federal courts in Putnam County. If for some reason the shipping address cannot be found, or we need to confirm the address with " bidder/ buyer" we will charge the hammer price plus buyer premium only and charge the shipping cost after. If you fail to respond to our email confirmation of your order and address request you will still be liable to pay for the invoice with no refunds. If you fail to respond / claim any items you may have purchased from us within 30 days, we will consider the items to be abandoned and place the items back up for auction. BUYERS PREMIUM We do not charge a Buyers Premium! Although use of a credit card may add a 3-3.5% acceptance fee. Buyers outside the United States must contact us prior to bidding. Shipping: The Hobby Box will provide shipping via the United States Postal Service to all orders. There will be a $5.00 fee for the first lot and .25 cents additional capped at $10.00. ESTIMATES AND RESERVES Presale estimates are intended to be guides and may or may not reflect the ultimate hammer price of a lot.
