If you don't pay your invoice within 72 hours, your card on file will be automatically charged. Auctions Lots that are being sold during or after the auction are final. No returns are to be accepted once an item is sold. It is the buyer's responsibility to request addition information on any given lot prior to purchase. The absence of any information or condition report does not mean an item is in excellent condition. All items are sold as is. A Condition report will be available upon the request of the bidder prior to the end of auction. It is the buyer responsibility review and ask questions on any lot. Ask All questions prior to bidding. Items in auction may need cleaning, or restoration. We make no guarantees of the exact weight, measurements, karats, carat weight, maker or artist of any item. All items and descriptions are of the opinion of Luxurious Treasures. The purchaser is responsible for the shipment of their Won/purchased item/s. _for Lighting - Shades might not be included. Luxurious Treasures reserves the right to withdraw any property before sale and shall have no liability for such withdraws. For Jewelry - All jewelry purchased will have to be paid by money order/check or wire transfer. An valid United states identification card will have to be presented and has to match all three address(the money transfer address, the shipping address and the id address). Other wise the auction will be null and cancelled. We reserve the right to donate items that are paid for, past 40 days- The purchaser has 40 days to retrieve their item or will forfeit their item to Donations, even if fully paid. We will not credit/refund any donated items. No refund or credit will be given once donated. We are not responsible in reminding any bidder to pick up their won item. We take every bid as a serious bid. Therefore, we will reserve the right to pursue payments within legal limits and buyer is responsible for all legal fees for both parties. For the sale of lamps,( floor lamps, table lamps, chandeliers and sconces). Shades, if in the image, may not not be included with the lot. Ask prior the sale per item regarding shades.

If you have not contacted Luxurious Treasures to arrange payment within 3 days of the time that invoice is sent, we will charge the credit card you used to register for the auction for the amount of your invoice.
