Buyer?s Premium: A 15% buyer?s premium will be added to all lots purchased. Condition of Items Sold: We make every effort to accurately describe all items through descriptions and photographs. However, all items are sold ?AS IS, WHERE IS.? No warranties or guarantees are expressed or implied. No claims or adjustments will be allowed after items have been removed, shipped, or delivered. ALL SALES ARE FINAL. No refunds or returns. Currency: All transactions are in U.S. Dollars (USD). Taxes: Ontario HST tax of 13% applies to all invoices for pickup orders and Ontario shipping addresses. For Canadian interprovincial sales, taxes are charged according to the province where the product is delivered. International buyers are exempt from taxes if the merchandise is shipped directly out of Canada by common carrier. Invoices & Payment: Invoices will be emailed within 24 hours of auction close. If you do not see it, please check your spam/junk folder. Payment is due within seven (7) business days of invoice date. Accepted payment methods: PayPal, bank wire transfer, Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover. If payment is not received within 7 business days, the invoice will be voided and the buyer?s account may be suspended from future auctions. Shipping: Shipping is available on all lots. We professionally package each item with care. Shipping costs are the responsibility of the buyer and will be billed separately after the auction. International shipping is available ? buyers are responsible for any customs duties or taxes imposed by their country. Removal / Pickup: If applicable, pickup must be scheduled in advance by appointment. No items may be removed without proof of payment. Default: If the buyer fails to complete payment as required, TedyZet Auctions reserves the right to cancel the sale, re-list the item(s), and block the buyer from future bidding. Limitation of Liability: TedyZet Auctions is not responsible for any errors in catalog descriptions, typographical errors, or any failure of equipment, internet disruptions, or platform issues during the auction. The bidder assumes full responsibility for all bids placed. Jurisdiction: These terms shall be governed under the laws of Ontario, Canada.
