PLEASE READ CAREFULLY By registering and bidding with TedyZet Auctions, you acknowledge that you have read, understood and agree to be bound by the following Terms and Conditions of Sale. If you have any questions, please contact us before registering or placing a bid. Do not bid unless you fully agree to these terms. BUYER'S PREMIUM A 25 percent buyer's premium will be added to the final hammer price of all lots. CONDITION OF ITEMS SOLD We make every effort to provide accurate descriptions and photographs of all items. However, all lots are sold AS IS WHERE IS with no warranties or guarantees, either expressed or implied. No claims, refunds or adjustments will be accepted after items have been removed, shipped or delivered. ALL SALES ARE FINAL. CURRENCY All transactions are processed in US Dollars USD. TAXES A 13 percent HST applies to all orders picked up in Ontario or shipped to Ontario addresses. For other Canadian provinces, applicable sales taxes will be charged based on the delivery destination. International buyers are tax-exempt only if the item is shipped out of Canada via a common carrier. INVOICES AND PAYMENT Invoices will be emailed within 24 hours of the auction's close. Please check your spam or junk folder if you haven't received it. Payment is due within seven business days of the invoice date. Accepted payment methods are PayPal, bank wire transfer, Visa, MasterCard, American Express and Discover. If payment is not received within 7 business days, the invoice will be voided, and the buyer's account may be suspended from future auctions. SHIPPING Shipping is available on all lots and handled professionally with care. Shipping costs are the buyer's responsibility and will be billed separately after the auction based on destination and item size. International buyers are responsible for any customs duties, VAT or import taxes in their country. We ship via FedEx, DHL, UPS or Canada Post. Tracking will be provided once the item is shipped. For local pickup, please contact us at contact at teddyzetart dot ca to schedule an appointment. REMOVAL OR PICKUP If local pickup is available, it must be scheduled in advance by appointment. No items may be removed without proof of full payment. DEFAULT If the buyer fails to complete payment as required, TedyZet Auctions reserves the right to cancel the sale, relist the items and suspend or ban the buyer from future auctions. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY TedyZet Auctions is not responsible for errors in catalogue descriptions, typographical errors, technical malfunctions, internet disruptions or platform-related issues during the auction. The bidder assumes full responsibility for all bids placed. JURISDICTION These terms and conditions are governed by the laws of Ontario, Canada. By bidding, you agree to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Ontario courts in any dispute related to this auction.
