Terms & Conditions 1. We provide best knowledge disclosed to us about auction items. 2. BIDDING: The Auction House reserves the right to reject a bid from any bidder. The highest bidder acknowledged by the Auctioneer shall be the purchaser. In the event of any dispute between bidders, the Auctioneer shall have sole and final discretion to determine the successful bidder or to reopen bidding. 3.Item must be paid off within 72 hours after the completion of the auction. We accept Pay Pal, wire transfer or Western Union. Please check with us if you have any question regarding payment or any other subject. 4. This Auction bidding is in US dollars. 5. Uddiyana Art reserves the right to vary the terms of sale, and any such changes shall become part of these Conditions of Sale. 8. Neither Uddiyana Art nor the consignor makes any warranties regarding of any kind or nature with respect to Items or its value, and in no event shall be responsible for the correctness of description, genuineness, provenance, authenticity, condition of Items or estimate of value. No statement (oral or written) in this catalog, at the sale, or elsewhere shall be deemed such a warranty or representation, or any assumption of responsibility. All measurements are approximate. We recommend the prospective bidders examine all items in which they have an interest. By placing a bid, either in person, by phone, absentee or via the Internet, the bidders signify that they have examined the items as fully as possible, or that they have chosen not to examine the items.
