Thank you for participating in a Thomas Hirchak Company Online Auction. It is important that you become familiar with the terms and conditions as all sales are final. The terms of sale are non-negotiable. 18% Buyers Premium, 4% Convenience (Credit Card) Fee. All FFL Buyers attending sale in person must bring a copy of current license. All non-FFL buyers must pass national instant background check screening prior to any firearms being released into buyer's possession. No direct sales to out-of-state buyers without FFL if not permitted by their state of residence. All buyers of firearms must present valid government issued photo identification. The government allows no exceptions! Photo ID must have physical street address (P.O. boxes are not accepted.) Purchasers must be at least 21 years old to purchase firearms and ammunition. Shipping / Handling fees will be charged to buyer's credit card on file with Proxibid in separate transaction. Charges WILL BE processed to credit card on file UNLESS buyer provides alternative payment method within 24 hours following sale. All items will be processed for shipment in the order that full payment and any required paperwork is received. Declined credit card payments will be sent to the back of the line. Classification of Firearm - by Thomas Hirchak Company is how firearms will be transferred. No Exceptions! Firearms are sold 'AS IS, WHERE IS' with no financing, inspection or other contingencies to sale. Thomas Hirchak Company represents the Sellers only and does not inspect properties on bidder's behalf. Buyers must conduct their own due diligence and investigation of each property and must also investigate the suitability of each parcel prior to making a bid and purchase at the auction.
