Outrageous Shipping Cost
I realize the shipping fees are from LiveAuction and not from the auction house, but being charged $163.00 for shipping a $15.00 item is highway robbery.

UPS Ground, Box was 12 "X9.5" X6.5 "and weight was 4 lbs. My Items cost me $161.23 after auction and taxes. Shipping cost was $65.98 I did not leave a bad review because I don't know the details on how shipping was done. These folks did help me out to take care of it so that's not a problem.

No transparency on shipping costs
I was badly surprised by outrageous shipping charge for 2 $35 items. There is no estimate of shipping charges available. There’s no clue that charges would be $210-250 on a couple of items that a store would ship possibly for $40. It’s because the house doesn’t ship anything but ammo themselves, the rest of it goes through “pack and ship” which charges whatever they want and doesn’t tell you until the invoice is sent. After you’ve won the bid and paid for your item. You are stuck, take it or leave it and you’ve got a sunk cost for nothing if you don’t want to pay their outrageous fees. I won’t be using this Auction House again nor would I willingly pay anything to Pack & Ship.

hard to pay and over priced shipping

You will be disappointed.
Two months is how long it took to receive the items I paid for. Shipping costs were well over double what is charged by all of the others and you can forget about getting any answers to your questions. Once they have your money you immediately become scum. I am fairly certain that the operation is run by an alcoholic or a drug addict as there seem to be huge voids in the activity level here (two months). I've interacted with many auction companies and most of them are actually pretty good to their customers. Some companies aren't as good, but I accept that they can get very busy at times. This operation is by far the worst in every aspect. The apathy level here is monumental. You've been warned.

Despite multiple attempts to clarify shipping procedures
