Poor Customer Service and communication!
I reached out after the auction to question the Buyer's Premium, because Lot 0000 of the auction, titled "IMPORTANT TERMS: PLEASE READ BEFORE BIDDING!" states "18 % Buyers Premium added to the final hammer price regardless of payment method", but each lot lists a 23 % premium. Instead of acknowledging the discrepancy, the representative was rude and condescending, stating "The Buyers Premium on Liveauctioneers is 23 %, as posted in the terms of the auction", which was incorrect. It was only about $10, so it's not about the money, but the principal. Instead of showing some grace, they have lost a return customer.

What an Auction Company Shouldn't Be!
There are two reasons why I am totally dissatisfied with this auction company. One, the item I bid on and won was books. While they were new-never used, more than half were in damaged condition and poorly repaired before shipping to me. Two-The shipping cost was almost twice what it should have been. The US Post Office has a special low rate for books. When I talked to the shipping company they said that they shipped at a lower rate-FALSE. I sell on eBay and ship at a much lower rate then the so-called professional shipper.

Take your business elsewhere.
The auctioneer misattributed a C & R firearm as modern (against federal definitions) and refused a valid ffl03 license. I was refunded with the claim that "valid ffl was not submitted." They seem to have a "no exception" policy even when they are at fault. Poor customer service at best. Spend your money elsewhere.
