took over a month to get my stuff they charged me 254.00 for shipping way over priced only one box!!!!!!!!!!

Received what I paid for fairly quickly, shipping was no bargain but ammo arrived well packaged. Thanks!

They never shipped my order

Product was as described, but the shipping was much more than expected.

Two months is how long it took to receive the items I paid for. Shipping costs were well over double what is charged by all of the others and you can forget about getting any answers to your questions. Once they have your money you immediately become scum. I am fairly certain that the operation is run by an alcoholic or a drug addict as there seem to be huge voids in the activity level here (two months). I've interacted with many auction companies and most of them are actually pretty good to their customers. Some companies aren't as good, but I accept that they can get very busy at times. This operation is by far the worst in every aspect. The apathy level here is monumental. You've been warned.

$150 to ship a blackpowder rifle-WOW! This should cost $20 max. When I inquired about the cost-crickets.

it took them more than 3 weeks to release the item, and then the only shipping place they deal with will charge you double normal shipping rate.

I purchased two model airplanes from Thomas Hirchak and had them shipped via their shipping partner, Pack and Send Plus. Unfortunately, both models were received significantly damaged and missing parts (items were undamaged in auction photos). Thomas Hirchak claims that Pack and Send Plus damaged them, and Pack and Send Plus claims they received the items in broken condition from Thomas Hirchak. Neither party wanted to take responsibility for this. If you are considering purchasing a potentially delicate and valuable item from Thomas Hirchak Company, please reconsider your decision.

I did not do enough due diligence on shipping costs! The cost to ship a knife I won was approximately three (3) times the price I paid for the knife. This is way too high! Thus I will not be using this auctioneer again. I take partial blame for this but the 3rd party shipper has ruined my experience.
