Buyers' can either pay the auctioneer directly or make payment through the Liveauctioneer's direct payment system.
Overseas and Precious metal purchases must be paid by Bank Wire Transfer only. For other Domestic Purchases we accept Wire Transfers, Zelle, Credit Cards, Personal Checks (10 days to clear), or Cash payments.

Clock notes: Clocks were set and run for 30 minutes to an hour during the cataloging process and designated either "Running when cataloged", "Running momentarily" or "Not running". The majority of these clocks have been in the home of a private collector for over 30 years and may require cleaning or adjustments, weights provided may or may not be original to the clock. Watch notes: Watches were set and run for 30 minutes to an hour during the cataloging process and designated either "Running when cataloged", "Running momentarily" or "Not running". Watch sizes and jewel counts are approximate as the movements were not examined out of cases. KEY: J = jewel, Adj = Adjusted, DMK = Damascened, DR = Double Roller, GJS = Gold Jewel Settings, KW = Key Wind, KS = Key Set, SW = Stem Wind, PS = Pendant Set, LS = Lever Set, BOC = Bar Over Crown, GF = Gold Filled, "Silver" = Silverine, Silveroid or Silver tone case, OF = Open Face, HC = Hunter Case, DSD = Double Sunk Dial, SSD = Single Sunk Dial. Multiple Watch lots sold AS-IS, no further condition reports available. All items are sold AS-IS.
Schmidt's Antiques Inc, the Auctioneer, will not be held responsible for the correctness of the description, the authenticity, genuineness, or any defect concerning any lot, and makes no warranty whatsoever, and instead will sell each lot exactly as-is, without recourse. All bids are to be per item as numbered in the catalog. The preview for this sale will be online only.
The Auctioneer reserves the right to reject any bid. The highest bidder as determined by the Auctioneer will be the buyer. The Auctioneer shall determine the highest bidder at his sole discretion and will have complete authority to decide any and all disputed bids, his decision shall be final. Estimates are provided on items as a basis for comparison only. A small percentage of the items offered may have a reserve price. In no case will an item have a reserve price in excess of the low estimate. Minimum starting bid on all lots will be 50% of the low estimate. All purchases are to be removed at the buyer's expense and risk within 5 days of the conclusion of the auction.
Arrangement for shipping, pick up or transfer of all auction items will be made by the buyer and at the buyer's expense. All purchases will be paid for in full prior to any of the items leaving the premises. Title shall pass at the fall of the hammer and Schmidt's Antiques Inc, the Auctioneer will not be responsible for any loss or damage to any item whatsoever and items are left at the sole risk of the purchaser.
Items left beyond 5 days will be subject to storage charges. Items left over 30 days will be resold and storage and commissions deducted from the proceeds. If accounts are not paid in full within 5 days, or in the case of absentee bidders, upon presentation of a bill, any and all deposits left on said items will be forfeited by the purchaser. Schmidt's Antiques Inc. reserves the right to sell unpaid items left over 30 days either by private or public sale, at our discretion, without any further notice to the defaulter. The defaulter will be responsible for any such deficiency that may arise, plus any expenses incurred in reselling any defaulted upon items.
A 25% BUYERS PREMIUM WILL BE ADDED TO ALL LOTS

If you have not contacted Schmidt's Antiques Inc. Since 1911 to arrange payment within 3 days of the time that invoice is sent, we will charge the credit card you used to register for the auction for the amount of your invoice.
