TERMS OF SALE We have attempted to accurately describe all items being sold, but all property offered for sale is strictly as is. It is the bidders responsibility (whether in person, by phone, or by mail) to determine exact condition of each item. No statement in this catalogue, sale bill, invoice or other document by associates of T & T Archaeological Consulting or Brent H. Fuchs Auctioneering shall be deemed to be warranty, representation or assumption of liability with respect to age, condition, size quality, importance, variety, provenance or historical reference- as related to any sale items. Any such statements are strictly matters of opinion. The Auctioneer will be the final judge as to which bidder is the highest bidder. In event of any dispute in this matter the auctioneer shall use his own discretion to decide whether to reopen the bid or not. Title to all merchandise shall pass to the highest bidder at the fall of the Auctioneers hammer. The Purchaser shall assume full risk and responsibility for the lot purchased once title has passed. The buyer must pay Indiana sales Tax (7%) unless exception is allowed under laws regulating such tax. Out of state sales tax numbers are accepted. YOU DO NOT PAY INDIANA SALES TAX IF ITEMS ARE SHIPPED OUT OF STATE. THERE IS A BUYERS PREMIUM. All accounts are to be settled by the end of the sale unless other arrangements have been made. Payment may be made by cash or personal check if approval has been established with Tony Putty or T & T Archaeological Consulting. No items removed until paid for. VISA, MASTERCARD, AMERICAN EXPRESS, AND DISCOVER ARE ALL ACCEPTED. A small 3% processing charge (by credit card company) will be applied. T & T Archaeological Consulting is not responsible for any typographical errors or omissions in this catalogue. Photographs in this catalogue are of the actual objects being sold, but exact condition of the objects offered is their condition day of the sale. There will be absolutely NO returns or adjustments of any kind made 30 days after the sale date. We reserve the right to refuse admittance to any individual or group.
