1. Mint (hereinafter: "the auction house") holds auctions in which it offers its wares and/or is used on behalf of the legal owners of the items offered for sale. 2. Participation in the sale requires prior registration of the auction house. The auction house may, at its own discretion, disapprove any buyer without requiring an explanation and/or reasoning. 3. The auction house will determine the prices of the items offered for sale in dollars (US), However, the payment for the items will be made in new shekels and according to the representative dollar exchange rate of the day the auction took place. Payment must be completed within 10 days after the auction ends. 4. The auction house and/or the seller make a great effort in describing the item as accurately as possible, photographing it and detailing its defects, but the auction house and/the seller is not responsible for the quality of the items or the correctness of the description of the item. All bidders and/or buyers will be considered to have inspected the item to their full satisfaction.
