All item descriptions, including condition, are guaranteed. If you purchase one of these lots and feel the item was not accurately described, contact us within 7 days of receipt of the item for a full refund. Once we agree the item is not accurately described, the item may be returned within 7 days of receipt, but no later that 30 days after the auction date, for a full refund. Lot descriptions have a estimate selling range. The purpose of these estimates is to give the bidder an idea of the value of each item. In most cases, the reserve for each item is set at at 90% of the low estimate and bids not meeting the reserve will not be accepted. 18% buyers premium will be added to each winning bid. We will be adding shipping and insurance to each invoice. Shipping Cost: Within the U.S.A. Shipping charges include US postal cost, insurance, and all other packing materials needed. Insurance is figured at $2 per $100 value in the U.S.A. Approximate shipping charges $15 to $25 for small items, $25 to $60 for muliple small items or one large item, within the U.S.A. Very large items or muliple items will be higher. Foreign shipments need to request insurance, otherwise all foreign shipment will be sent without insurance through US post office. Shipping charges include postal cost, and all other packing materials needed. Foreign shipments rates are calculated by weight and size to your country. Payment must be made within 24 hours after the auction has ended and can be made by check, money order, credit card, or Paypal. Credit Card transactions will have 3% administrative fee added to the total. No purchases will be released by the auction house without full payment. We reserve the right to hold merchandise until checks clear from successful bidders not previously known to us. Massachusetts residents will be charged 6.25% sales tax to all purchases unless you have a resale certificate. Massachusetts residents must provide us a copy of your valid resale certificate to be exempt from sales tax. Residents out of Massachusetts who have thier items shipped to them will not be charged Mass sales tax. Foreign buyers must pay in US dollars. Results of this sale will be available to all participating bidders.
