Terms & Conditions By bidding in this auction, you agree to the following Terms and Conditions. Please read carefully. 1. BIDDING AND RESPONSIBILITY All bids are binding. By placing a bid, you accept full responsibility for payment, pickup, and compliance with all auction terms. 2. AUTOPAY If you do not contact Magnusson Art Group within 3 days of the auction close to arrange payment, LiveAuctioneers will automatically charge the credit card used for registration for the full invoice amount. Communication about payment is considered received only when acknowledged by Magnusson Art Group. Chargebacks or credit card disputes initiated by the buyer are considered a breach of these Terms and Conditions. 3. NON-PAYMENT, FORFEITURE, AND DISPUTES If payment is not received, Magnusson Art Group will file a Non-Paying Bidder (NPB) dispute with LiveAuctioneers. The lot or lots will be considered forfeited. Filing an NPB may affect your LiveAuctioneers account and bidding privileges. Forfeited items may be offered to the underbidder, re-listed, or sold privately. Repeated non-payment may result in suspension of bidding privileges. 4. PICKUP OF PURCHASED PROPERTY Pickup is in Morristown, NJ from 9:30 AM to 3:30 PM EST on the following dates: Thursday, May 21 Friday, May 22 Tuesday, May 26 through Friday, May 29 Monday, June 2 through Friday, June 5, 2026 Do not bid if you or your authorized shipper cannot collect items during this window. Unclaimed lots will incur a storage fee of 10 dollars per day per lot. Storage fees must be paid before property is released. Lots left unclaimed 60 days after the auction end will be considered abandoned and may be disposed of at the buyer's expense. No refunds will be issued for abandoned property. 5. PAYMENT REQUIREMENTS Full payment must be received and funds must clear before any property is released for pickup or shipped. Check payments require 2 to 4 business days to clear. 6. SHIPPING OPTIONS If you cannot pick up in person, you may use Magnusson Art Group In-House Shipping (USA only), LiveShipping, or any third-party shipper. A. IN-HOUSE SHIPPING (USA ONLY) In-house shipping is available for items that safely fit in USPS Priority Mail Flat Rate boxes. Shipping is billed at cost using USPS Priority Mail. A flat 10 dollar fee per bidder is added for packing materials and handling. To request in-house shipping, message us through LiveAuctioneers after the auction ends. A separate shipping invoice will be emailed to the address on your LiveAuctioneers account via Square. Shipping invoices must be paid in full before orders are shipped. Buyers must manually enter their shipping address. Magnusson Art Group is not responsible for incorrect or invalid addresses or for lost or stolen packages. Insurance is available upon request and at the buyer's expense. Orders over 750 dollars will be shipped with Signature Confirmation at the buyer's expense. B. THIRD-PARTY SHIPPING If your item cannot be shipped in-house or you prefer another method, you may use LiveShipping or any third-party shipper. The following are representative options. Buyers are responsible for obtaining insurance through their chosen shipper. SALES TAX AND EXEMPTION If you are tax exempt, upload your resale certificate to your LiveAuctioneers account before bidding. Sales tax cannot be refunded after the auction. For tax questions, contact Finance@LiveAuctioneers.com. 8. CONDITION REPORTS Condition reports reflect the opinion of our specialists and are not guarantees. We strongly recommend requesting a condition report at least 48 hours before the auction closes and reviewing all photos. In-person previews are available by appointment. Email info@themagnussongroup.com to request a report. 9. PAYMENT METHODS We encourage payment through LivePayments. All credit card payments incur a processing fee of approximately 3.8 percent, collected by LiveAuctioneers and is non-refundable. To avoid this fee, you may pay by bank wire or ACH (add 35 dollars for wire fee), money order, bank check, or cash. Contact us immediately after the auction if you prefer one of these methods. 10. IDENTIFICATION AND AUTHORIZED PICKUP Photo ID is required for in-person pickup. If a third party or shipper is collecting on your behalf, written authorization must be provided in advance from the email associated with your LiveAuctioneers account. Provide the name of the individual or shipping company. Please remain reachable during the pickup window in case questions arise. 11. DISCLAIMER All property is sold AS-IS. Any statements, written or oral, are offered as a courtesy and are not guarantees of authenticity, condition, age, provenance, rarity, importance, or any other characteristic. The absence of a condition report does not imply an item is in perfect condition.

If you have not contacted Magnusson Art Group to arrange payment within 3 days of the time that invoice is sent, we will charge the credit card you used to register for the auction for the amount of your invoice.
