There are no warranties or representations of merchantability, of fitness, or of any kind, implied or expressed. 2. Grading represents only an opinion, use your judgement and knowledge. Please ASK QUESTIONS BEFORE YOU BID. 3. Some lots in the sale are subject to a reserve which is the confidential minimum price below which such lot will not be sold. The reserve will not exceed the low estimate of the lot. 4. Payment in U.S. or CAD dollars may be made with major credit cards through PayPal, money orders, cashiers/personal checks (items held until checks clear) and Bank Wires. Payments are required within (5) business days of auction. 5. Shipping is done in-house on a first come first served basis. Winning bidders will be provided a quote after the invoice is paid. A $10 packaging/handling fee will be applied to each invoice, in addition to the actual postage. 5. We will ship to most internationally destinations with a few exceptions.
