On July 1st, Toomey & Co. will auction close to 200 lots in Great Estates. A regular offering that unites art and design throughout time in a robust presentation from a host of esteemed sources, this series features fine and decorative arts, sculpture, and pottery, along with lighting, silver, glass, textiles, period furniture, and more. Highlights on July 1st include a pair of Chinese Scholar's armchairs, an Empire Style table, Tiffany & Co. Century flatware, an Ota Jinnoei vase in cloisonne enamel, and many other examples.

The auction begins with a lively group of over twenty works from The Sam and Beverly Maloof Collection, consisting of a striking array of ceramics and sculpture by skilled artists from the American Southwest and Mexico, including Indigenous makers, as well as prominent Studio Craft figures.
