Pickup appointments must be requested at least 24 hours before arrival. An appointment is not confirmed until Donny Malone Auctions provides written confirmation.
Items will not be made available to buyers arriving without a confirmed appointment. Buyers without an appointment will be denied pickup.
Any purchased lot that has not been picked up or placed into an approved shipping arrangement by Novermber 13, 2026, will be considered neglected and abandoned by the Buyer. Subject to applicable law, abandoned property may be disposed of, resold, donated, or otherwise handled at the discretion of Donny Malone Auctions. The property will no longer be available to the Buyer, and no refund or credit will be issued.

Provenance;

Donny Malone Auctions does not accept, collect, or process payments directly. No cash, checks, money orders, direct wire transfers, credit or debit card payments, or any other form of payment will be accepted directly by Donny Malone Auctions, including at preview or pickup.
Buyers must complete payment through their LiveAuctioneers account using a payment method offered and accepted by LiveAuctioneers Live.Payments.
Donny Malone Auctions has elected to pass the applicable Live.Payments processing fee to the Buyer. The Buyer is responsible for the complete invoice total, including:
? The hammer price;
? The 25% Buyer?s Premium;
? Applicable sales tax;
? Any applicable shipping or related charges; and
? The applicable Live.Payments processing fee disclosed and assessed through LiveAuctioneers.
LiveAuctioneers may automatically charge or debit the payment method maintained on the Buyer?s account in accordance with LiveAuctioneers? terms, policies, and payment procedures.

7. PREVIEW

Preview availability is limited and must be arranged in advance by contacting Donny Malone Auctions.
The opportunity to preview does not create any warranty or guarantee concerning a lot. Buyers remain responsible for conducting their own examination and forming their own opinions.

9. FINAL REMOVAL DEADLINE AND ABANDONED PROPERTY
The final deadline to pick up purchased property or place it into an approved shipping arrangement is Friday, November 13th, 2026, at 5:00 p.m.
A request for a shipping quote does not constitute a completed shipping arrangement. The Buyer must accept the quote, provide all required information, and complete any required payment or authorization with the selected shipping provider.
Any purchased lot that has not been picked up or placed into an approved shipping arrangement by the deadline will be considered neglected and abandoned by the Buyer.
Subject to applicable law, abandoned property may be disposed of, resold, donated, discarded, or otherwise handled at the sole discretion of Donny Malone Auctions.
Abandoned property will no longer be available for pickup or shipping by the Buyer. No refund, reimbursement, credit, or other compensation will be issued for abandoned property.
Any extension of the pickup deadline must be requested and approved in writing by Donny Malone Auctions before theNovember 13th 2026 deadline. An extension is not effective unless written approval is provided.
10. SHIPPING RESPONSIBILITY
Donny Malone Auctions does not directly pack or ship purchased property.
Shipping, packing, insurance, carrier selection, service level, and delivery arrangements are the responsibility of the Buyer.
Shipping may be available through LiveAuctioneers via Live Shipping. Buyers selecting this option must follow LiveAuctioneers? instructions and accept the applicable shipping provider?s quote, terms, limitations, and procedures.

Except where otherwise required by applicable law, no returns, cancellations, refunds, credits, exchanges, rescissions, or price adjustments will be provided because of condition, description, attribution, authenticity, provenance, age, material, functionality, value, failure to inspect, failure to ask questions, or disagreement with an AI-generated description.
12. COMPLETE AGREEMENT
These Terms and Conditions, together with the applicable LiveAuctioneers platform terms and the information published for the auction, constitute the conditions governing participation in this auction.
