All property is sold "As is, Where is" and neither Gallery 95 Auction nor the consignor make any warranties or representations of the correctness of the description of such items sold. We will tell you as much as we can see as to the condition of the items being bid on. Prospective bidders should inspect the property before bidding to determine its condition, size and whether or not it has been repaired or restored. 2. A buyers premium of 15% of the final hammer bid will be added there to and is payable by the purchaser as part of the total price. Sales tax of 8% is also added to the final hammer price and the buyers premium unless you are a re-seller and have registered with your sales tax #. Or the item is being shipped out of the state of South Carolina. 3. All buyers are required to submit payment by the Monday after the end of the auction. Payment may be made by cash, wire transfer, visa/master card, or good checks. Please note that payment by check may result in property not being released until funds clear our account.
