1-All property is sold as is, and neither the auctioneer nor any consignor makes any warranties or representations of any kind or nature with respect to the property. 2-All sales are final. Once an item is sold, please do not ask us to remove it from your bill. 3-The Auctioneer reserves the right to group, break or withdraw lots. 4- The Auctioneer shall have absolute discretion in case of a disputed lot and reserves the right to reopen the bidding on such disputed lots. 5-Buyer?s Premium is added to all purchases 6-Sales Tax (7%) to all Florida purchases, unless the purchaser has a valid resale certificate. 7-All bidders must pre-register to bid at liveauctioneers.com 8-PAYMENT is due within 3 business days of receipt of invoice. Auction house reserves the right to require wire transfer on all transactions in excess of $1,000 from new bidders, both domestic and international, unless prior arrangements have been made. 9-We prefer as first option Paypal (alpacacorp@yahoo.com) 10-RETURN POLICY: If our description of an item is incorrect, we will accept return of the item. However, we MUST HAVE NOTIFICATION OF RETURN WITHIN FIVE BUSINESS DAYS FROM RECEIPT OF ITEM BY BIDDER, as shown by UPS or USPS tracking data, and the item must be received by us within ten days. Otherwise, all items purchased at auction are final sale and no returns will be accepted under any other circumstances.
