Where Doris Auction Gallery is agent, the contract is between seller and buyer. The following Conditions of Sale and Terms of Guarantee constitute the entire agreement with the purchaser relative to the property listed in this catalog. All items are online sales only. All lots are sold "AS IS" and without recourse and neither Doris Auction Gallery nor its consignor makes any warranties or representations, express or implied, with respect to such lots. Prospective buyers are strongly advised to examine by picture any property in which they are interested, before they place a bid. Doris Auction Gallery reserves the right to withdraw any lot at any time prior to the commencement of bidding for such lot and shall have no liability whatsoever for such withdrawal. Some lots in the sale may be subject to a reserve. The reserve is a confidential minimum price agreed upon between Doris Auction Gallery and the owner of the item. Each lot in the online catalog is given a low and high estimate representing that range which, in the opinion of Doris Auction Gallery is a conservative auction evaluation. The total purchase price to be paid by a purchaser is the amount of the successful bid price plus a PREMIUM OF 20% and all shipping costs.
