Successful bidders must pay for the entire invoice within FIVE (5) BUSINESS DAYS from the date of auction. All items in this catalog are offered by The Chivalrous Collector Ltd. (TCC) either as agent for the consignor or as owner. Everything is sold AS IS and WHERE IS. While we do our best to describe the items properly, we make no guarantees or warranties as to the accuracy of these descriptions. TCC reserves the right to withdraw or combine any lots listed in the catalog at its sole discretion. TCC has the final say in any dispute among bids or winning bidders. TCC takes payment in the form of cash, certified checks, personal or business checks and credit cards. We will not ship any item until payment has been verified. TCC does not guarantee the authenticity of any signature that appears on any work that we offer for sale unless so stated at the time of auction; the only guarantee is the medium in which a particular work is executed. All weights and measurements are approximate. Any condition statement given, as a courtesy to a client, is only an opinion and should not be treated as fact and TCC shall have no responsibility for any error or omission in the description.
