TERMS AND CONDITIONS
GUIDE FOR BUYERS
We advise all bidders to read the Terms and Conditions of the Sale before bidding. Those who bid are bound by the Terms and Conditions of the Sale, as amended by any oral announcement or posted notices, which together form the contract of the sale between the successful bidder (purchaser), Premier Auction Company and the seller (consignor) of the lot.
TERMS OF SALE
When bidding on any lot offered by Premier Auction Company, the bidder indicates acceptance of the following Terms of Sale:
CONDITION OF ITEMS
Onsite previews are not available. Please contact us at info@premierauctioncompany.com for all inquiries regarding condition of lots. Premier Auction Company makes every effort to accurately describe all items offered in its sales, however all items for sale are offered as is, and it is the bidders responsibility to determine the exact condition of each item. Premier Auction Company will not be held responsible for typographical errors. We recommend prospective bidders inquire as to the condition all items in which they have an interest. By placing a bid, you signify that you are satisfied with the condition of the lot. If you require absolute certainty in all areas of authenticity, and the results of your evaluation leave uncertainty in your mind, do not bid on the item in question. Neither Premier Auction Company nor the consignor makes any representations of any kind with respect to property or its value, and in no event shall be responsible for the correctness of description, genuineness, attribution, provenance, authenticity, authorship, and completeness, condition of property or estimate of value. No statement (oral or written) in this catalog, at the sale, or elsewhere shall be deemed such a warranty. All measurements are approximate.
RIGHTS & RESPONSIBILITIES
The auctioneer will determine the highest bidder. The auctioneer alone has the right to reopen the bidding of an item if deemed necessary due to a dispute. Title to all merchandise shall pass to the highest bidder at the fall of the hammer. The buyer will then assume all risk and full responsibility of the lot purchased once ownership has changed.
SALES TAX
All buyers will pay Florida state sales tax of 7% unless a valid Tax Exemption Identification is on file or presented at time of purchase. Items shipped out of Florida will not pay sales tax. Successful bidders should send a copy of your Tax Exemption Identification to info@premierauctioncompany.com
PAYMENT
All merchandise must be paid in full within 10 days of the date of the invoice.
We accept personal or company check, cashier's check, money order, and PayPal payments.
You will be emailed an invoice within 4 business days after the auction. If paying by check, money order, or cashier's check, Premier Auction Company reserves the right to hold all purchases until the check has cleared to the satisfaction of Premier Auction Company and its bank.

There will be a $30.00 service charge for returned checks.
In addition to other remedies available to us by law, we reserve the right to impose a late charge of 1 1/2% per month of the total purchase price if payment is not made in accordance with the conditions set forth herein.
SHIPPING
Will Call of items is not allowed. Premier Auction Company will pack and ship all purchases. We will combine multiple purchased lots to reduce shipping costs. Special shipping request will be accommodated if possible. All items are shipped insured. Shipping and handling charges will be added to the invoice and are NON-REFUNDABLE. Shipping charges will be based on actual costs via UPS or USPS (best way) and handling/ insurance will vary in cost depending on each invoice. All packages will be shipped with insurance. Items will ship seven to fourteen (7-14) business days after payment is received.
International Bidders - By law Premiere Auction Company cannot and will not declare lesser values for any international purchases and all shipments will include the invoice with purchase totals and shipping cost. All international bidders are responsible for paying all customs and duties on the items.
RETURN POLICY
Buyers who wish to report a problem with a purchase they have made must notify Premiere Auction Company within three (3) days of receipt of their purchased item. There will be a 15% restocking fee for all returns. All returns must be preauthorized. No credit will be given for items shipped back without authorization. If a return is authorized by Premier Auction Company the item in question must be shipped, with full insurance. With respect to all returns, it is the buyer’s responsibility to cover the cost of the shipment and insurance, regardless of the reason for the return.
