The Friday evening sale commences with the collection of fine Asian porcelains from the estate of Donn F. Eisele, Florida, a former NASA astronaut known for his mission in the Apollo 7 flight of 1968. For sports enthusiasts, a comprehensive Detroit Tigers memorabilia collection - housed within 57 binders - chronicling the history of the team from 1886 to 2013, including players such as Peter Conway (who pitched 2 winning games as a Detroit Wolverine (Tiger?s original name) during the 1887 World Series, won by Detroit), Tiger great Ty Cobb, and players up to, and including, Miguel Cabrera and the present-day Tigers.
