23% buyers premium will be added to all winning bids. Except if paid by cash or check,the premium will be reduced to 20%. Buyers must also pay for packing, shipping and insurance costs as well as any import duties and/or taxes their country requires. A 6% Sales tax will me charged to buyers within our home state of Florida unless a sales tax certificate exemption has been filed with us prior the sale. Every effort is made to verify the authenticity and condition of what we offer not only by ourselves but by either leading authenticators. No warranty, whether expressed or implied, is made with respect to any trade, condition, which can and do vary, even among experts. Furthermore, we are not bound by the opinions of any authenticators, grading services or "experts", nor do the rules governing auctions held in any publication which we may advertise hold precedence over the above listed rules. All measurements are approximate Full payment is due within 7 days of the auction. Any bidder that does not pay without making prior arrangements for late payment, will have all future bidding privileges revoked.
