Great Pre and Postwar Train Auction

We will highlight the Saturday event with Gordon Wilson ?s collection of postwar rarities and oddities. Gordon is a past National President of the TCA with a TCA number of 76-10233. This segment of Gordon ?s collection will offer the high end, rare and/or odd items from his collection. Look forward to some very unusual trains! The second collection for the Saturday session will be the prewar collection of Peter Atonna. Peter started collecting around 1975 with a TCA number of 75-7578. He amassed a very respectful prewar collection including an original Lionel Brown State Set. We will add additional details about this sale soon. For the first time in history Stout Auctions has the privilege to auction two postwar prototype production samples direct from the Lionel archives. We have two 6464-900 New York Central boxcar shells directly from the Lionel archives. The documentation on these cars is indisputable. The cars were shipped directly from Lionel, there are photos of both cars in the Lionel Archives, and each will include a letter from Lionel stating the history of the shell and certifying it as an authentic piece from the archives. Do not miss your chance to own a piece of toy train history with rock solid provenance. Modern O gauge trains will not be forgotten in this auction! We have over 100 lots of high end modern. Locomotives will include Lionel Gold Hudson and caboose, multiple large Lionel steam locomotives including B&O EM-1, Norfolk and Western class A and Y6b, Union Pacific Challenger, numerous versions of the New York Central Commodore Vanderbilt including the scarce red, blue, and black versions, Santa Fe Super Chief set and many more.
