Bidder Agreement: Bidder understands all items are sold "As Is" and their are NO RETURNS. Bidder agrees to only place a bid if you are ready, willing and able to honor it. By bidding on items, bidders understand and accept that the item they purchase from Alicia's Antiques may be used or aged and may contain unseen faults. Bidder understands all items are USED unless otherwise noted. I describe my items to the best of my ability; HOWEVER, I am not an appraiser. If you have any questions or concerns about any item, please feel free to email me prior to bidding on the item of your choice. Bidder understands that after winning a bid, all bids must be paid within 5 days after the invoice is sent after the close of auction. Bidder understands it can take from 7 to 14 working days after payment of item before items may be shipped. The 7 to 14 working days for shipment is due consignment items, my travels and limited staffing. Return Policy: All Merchandise is sold "AS IS" and Returns will only be accepted with prior authorization. If a return is authorized, the Items may only be returned within seven (7) days of receipt if the merchandise was damaged during shipping or if there was a Major distortion in the description. If merchandise is damaged, pictures are required due to insurance through UPS/USPS. PLEASE NOTE and keep in mind Pictures of every items at every angle are kept on file. There's no REFUND SHIPPING AND HANDLING CHARGES. Payment / non payment: At this time I only accepting Paypal. Your invoice will be sent to your personal email address listed on your liveauctioneer account only. The invoice will be sent via Paypal. Upon receiving your invoice, you have 5 days from the date you receive your invoice to pay for the item won. If after the five days of the invoice being sent, the bid isn't paid, the item will no longer be available for purchase and a dispute file with liveauctioneers for refusal to pay and there will be no chance to reverse the dispute. Shipping / Handling Shipping: Please check shipping rates prior to placing your bid. All shipping charges are calculated when items are being packed to ship. Shipping charges includes handling,insurance and materials and are added to shipping cost. I try my best to ship as soon as possible but some items may be on consignment and may take longer or I may be traveling so your item / items could take 7 to 15 working days after payment to ship. Items are shipped Monday through Friday, this excludes weekends and holidays. Items weighing 13 oz or less will be shipped via first class mail USPS be shipped via USPS or UPS. Shipping and handling fees are nonrefundable. Handling: Handling fees range from $5.00, $10.00 and $25.00. The fee assigned is dependent upon the fragility, weight and size of an item. Shipping and Handling fees nonrefundable.
