All online purchases will be charged to the credit card you have on file with the liveauctioneers system unless you have notified the auction company 24 hours before the auction start. To pay in person or pickup instead of shipping you must notify us at 612-600-8617 or email info@bernsteinsauction.com. within 24 hours before the auction. Your invoice will include your purchases, plus buyers premiums, and any taxes. State and local taxes are 7.275% for Minnesota residents. If you have a Tax Exempt ID number, you may fill out a form via email and we will waive the taxes. An 18% COMMISSION WILL BE CHARGED TO THE BUYER ON ALL SALES. All purchases are subject to state and local taxes where and when applicable. Please take the time to carefully look over all items of interest to you. If within 5 calendar days following an auction, you fail to make shipping or pick-up arrangements for your awarded bid item(s), and make no attempt to contact us, we will donate the paid items to a charity of our choice and you will not be reimbursed for the donated item(s).
