Bidder agrees that everything is sold as is and that they may not return any item they purchase. SALES TAX California State Sales Tax of 9% will be charged on sales within California unless a Valid Resale Certificate is provided to A&W Toy Shoppe. PAYMENT. Accepted forms of payment are PayPal, Visa, MasterCard, Discover, and American Express. All credit cards are charged a processing fee of 3%. PAYMENT DUE. Complete payment is required upon receipt of notification of a successful bid. Items must be paid for no later than 72 hours following the Auction. Unpaid items will be reported to Liveauctioneers. PICKUP / SHIPPING INSTRUCTIONS: ALL ITEMS NEED TO BE PICKED UP BY END OF BUSINESS DAY, MAY 20, 2015. Pickup of items from the downtown Los Angeles location needs to be scheduled with the building security 24 hours in advance, within the pickup hours of 10am to 4pm, Monday through Friday. Buyer assumes all shipping and handling costs. Buyer is responsible for contracting the services, and for all charges incurred, for packing and shipping their items. FAILURE TO COLLECT PURCHASES After 5/20/2015, whether or not payment has been made, A&W Toy Shoppe reserves the right to charge $10 per lot per day or to deliver said property to a public warehouse for storage at the purchaser's expense.
