Terms of Sale: All property is sold to the highest bidder AS IS, where is without warranty or guarantee of any kind whether expressed, implied or statutory including without limitation any warranty or guarantee as to character, fitness for a particular purpose, merchantability, and physical condition. Prospective buyers must rely solely on their own knowledge before bidding to determine such as age, quality, character, condition. There is no return privilege, and all sales are Final, No exchange, refund or credit allowed. All items offered online will have a minimum starting bid as displayed on the online catalogue. Descriptions are given to the best of our knowledge regarding condition or vintage. Bidders can pay by Certified Check, Bank Check, Money Order or bank Wire direct to our account. Dynasty Art will communicate with all successful online bidders within 48 hours after auction to arrange payment method and shipping details. All sales are final. All items sold online are subject to a buyer's premium of 23%. Items purchased in Ontario are subject to 13% sales tax. All purchases must be paid in full within 5 days of the sale. Buyer to pay actual shipping cost through UPS or other shipping services which are separate from Dynasty Art. We will provide you with the contact information so buyers can pay for shipping direct. Dynasty Art will not be RESPONSIBLE for loss or damages caused by shipping or packaging. There will be no returns or refunds. All Duties, Import Tariffs & Taxes are the responsibility of the Buyer. If your item(s) are damaged or lost in shipping, you will need to contact the shipper to file a claim. Purchases must be removed from the within three (3) business days following the date of the auction, or they will become subject to a storage charge of $25.00 per day. Dynasty Art will not be held responsible for loss of damage to items left on the premises beyond the three-business day grace period.
