Bidders must register with LiveAuctioneers.com to participate in online bidding. This information will only be used by KCNetbrokers to include you in our email or text customer list. Bidding on any item indicates bidder acceptance of any and all of the auction terms and conditions both Liveauctioneers.com and KCNetbrokers. All bidders agree they are responsible for all won lots including those bid on mistakenly or impulsively. Lots are sold AS IS/WHERE IS and WITHOUT RECOURSE. ALL SALES ARE FINAL. NO REFUNDS, RETURNS, EXHANGES, OR REFUSALS. We do our best to give accurate descriptions. Bidders may inspect the merchandise as set forth during each auction on the premises. Bidders should examine lots prior to bidding to ensure the lot is to their satisfaction. Payment terms are Cash, Paypal, Visa, Mastercard. Complete payment is required by the close of the day after each auction closes. No exceptions. Paid items must be removed from the auction by end of pickup day unless written agreement by KCNetbrokers is garnered prior to the pickup day. Late payments are charged 5% late fee after pickup time has passed. KCNetbrokers is not liable for malfunctions, error or omissions due to any software, internet access or failure of bids to execute or any other irregularity. Winning bidders are responsible for arranging packaging, shipping and all associated costs. Winning bidder is responsible for requesting shipping, packing fees and payment before item is shipped. Shipping bids will be sent to any bidders over 50 miles from 64101. Please let us know if you prefer local pickup. Priority shipping is used for all items unless we state otherwise.
