Blue Dolphin Live Auctions Buyers Terms & Conditions Buyers must accept the following Terms & Conditions to participate in Blue Dolphin Antiques Live Auctions. By bidding in this auction, online, the purchaser or bidder agrees to be bound by these Terms and Conditions of Sale. Your bid is a contract. Place a bid only if you're serious about buying the item. If you are the successful and winning bidder, you have entered into a legally binding contract to purchase the property from the seller. You should contact the seller to resolve any questions before bidding. Buyer acknowledges that by accepting these Terms & Conditions you are opting to receive emails and notifications about this and future sales and by placing a bid during a Blue Dolphin Antiques Live Auction that such bid constitutes acceptance of the following terms: 1. Buyer's Premium: A buyer's premium of 5% will be added to the winning bid. 2. Total Sales Price: The total sales price of an item includes (i) the hammer price of the item (ii) the buyer's premium (iii) applicable sales and other taxes due on account of the sale, (iv) packing, shipping transportation and insurance charges. 3. Online Bidding: Please register to bid well in advance of the start time. Blue Dolphin Antiques will not be held responsible for errors or failure to execute bid(s). Absentee bids must be submitted electronically during the preview period at either Ebay.com or Liveuauctioneers.com. 4. Method of Payments: All invoices are payable via check (personal, business or cashiers), money order or credit card (Visa, MasterCard, American Express or Discover). 5. Payment Due: Payment is expected upon receipt of the invoice, and no later than 10 days after the sale/auction. Title shall pass to the Buyer once payment in full has been made. All shipping charges will be the responsibility of the buyer and included on the invoice 6. Winning Bid: The highest bidder shall be the buyer and if any dispute arises between two or more bidders, the auction coordinator shall decide the buyer. 8. Inquiries: Please email or call us for specific questions regarding lots at Live Auction. Answers will be provided in a timely fashion until Auction start time. We can provide more photos etc on most lots. 9. Withdrawal Prior to Sale: Blue Dolphin Antiques reserves the right to withdraw any property before the sale and shall have no liability whatsoever for such withdrawal. 10. Guarantee Terms: All items are sold "AS IS, WHERE IS" with all faults. There are no warranties or representations of merchantability, of fitness, nor of any other kind, express or implied. All items are available for your examination prior to bidding. Written and oral descriptions are our opinions and should in no way be construed as a guarantee of any kind as to authenticity, age, condition, materials or any other feature of items being sold. 11. Entire Agreement; Waiver. This Agreement, including the Blue Dolphin Antiques User Agreement and all exhibits and other documents incorporated by reference, set forth the entire understanding and agreement of the parties and supersedes any and all other written or oral agreements or understandings between the parties as to the subject matter of this Agreement. In the event of an inconsistency between this Agreement and any other document, which is part of this Agreement, the terms of this Agreement shall govern. From time to time during the term of this Agreement, Blue Dolphin Antiques may amend this Agreement (including any incorporated documents) by posting the amended terms on the Live Auctioneers Site, emailing notice of the amendment to the Buyer, or otherwise communicating such amendment to the Buyer. Each amendment will be effective immediately after it is initially posted on the Blue Dolphin Antiques Site, emailed to the Buyer, or otherwise communicated to the Buyer.

Estimates are given to show the average general selling price of a given item.

When an item has a reserve price in my auction it is generally set at or below the Low estimate.

Leaving absentee bids is completely legitimate and easy to do. When you leave an absentee bid on an item you are leaving the bid with Ebay and in turn Ebay bids on your behalf. You are not leaving the bid with me. Ebay is the only one who knows what your bid is and I never see the bid amount. Absentee Bids assure you that your bid will be executed if you cannot attend the auction. It guards against Internet and Ebay outages.

Remember this is a live auction starting at 10am PST or 1pm EST. Items are bid on consecutively by lot numbers and it will take approximately three hours to complete the auction.
