November 27th Estate Auction

All bidder(s) at the at this auction acknowledge and agree that the following Terms & Conditions apply at all times to the conduct of the auction: Any bid in the auction automatically constitutes acceptance by the bidder and is a legal and binding contract. All information on auction day takes precendent over any written or previous information. Lots may carry a reserve. All lots will be sold to the higest bidder as determined by the auctioneer. If a lot is awarded to the wrong bidder due to administrative error, the highest bidder will prevail. All bidders agree to post-auction corrections without protest or negative feedback. The auctioneer's decision in any and all disputes shall be deemed binding and final. Buyers Premium of 17% will be automatically added to all purchases. California Sale Tax of 7.75% to California Residents unless a valid Resale Certificate is on file with american Auction co. Payment shall be due immediately upon receipt of notification and payment is deemed delinquent, and in default if not made in good funds in full within 14 days of the auction date. Lots will not be shipped unless paid in full and received by American Auction Co. Shipping and handling charge will be added to successful on-line bidder invoice to adequately cover postage and insure contents. NO WARRANTY OF MERCHANTABILITY OR FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE IS MADE OR IMPLIED ON ANY LOT IN THIS AUCTION, AND NO WARRANTY, WHETHER EXPRESSES OR IMPLIED, IS MADE WITH RESPECT TO ANY LOT EXCEPT FOR A WARRANTY OF TITLE: IT BEING UNDERSTOOD TAT ALL LOTS OFFERED FOR SALE ARE SOLD ON AN"AS-IS" BASIS AND THE PURCHASER ASSUMES ALL RISKS CONCERNING AND RELATED TO THE GRADING, QUALITY, DESCRIPTION, CONDITION, AUTHENTICTY AND PROVENANCE OF A GIVEN LOT. Successful on-line bidders will be notfied within 3 days of auction end of winning bid and shipping information. Shipping of items will be made within 5 working days of all monies owed to american Auction Co. from the successful bidder.
