PAYMENT TERMS: Major credit cards are accepted, NO AMERICAN EXPRESS AT THIS TIME. Bank wires are accepted with prior authorization from the auction house. For credit card payments, buyer is required to sign Payment Authorization Form that will be provided via email. Merchandise will not be released until payment is cleared, and Authorization form has been completed and returned. All sales exceeding $5000 must be paid by bank wire. Payment is expected within 48 hours after concluding auction. Any item that has not been paid for is forfeited by the buyer and the item may be put back on the auction block for sale. Any buyer that does not make payment will automatically be blocked from future Auction House auctions and will be filed with a collection agency and the credit bureau. Buy Art Auctions, Inc. reserves the right to cancel a winning bid and refund or credit to buyer any payments received by auction house if merchandise is discovered to be damaged or sustains damage that was not disclosed or discovered before auction. Buy Art Auctions, Inc. is providing Internet pre-auction and live bidding as a service to Bidder. Bidder acknowledges and understands that this service may or may not function correctly the day of the auction. Under no circumstances shall Bidder have any kind of claim against Buy Art Auctions, Inc. anyone else if the Internet service fails to work correctly before or during the live auction, Buy Art Auctions, Inc. will not be responsible for any missed bids from any source.
