The highest bidder acknowledged by the auctioneer shall be the buyer. The auctioneer has the right to reject any bid, to advance the bidding at his absolute discretion and bid increment, and, in the event of any dispute between bidders, to determine the successful bidder or to re-offer and resell the lot in dispute. Should there be any discrepancy of price after the sale, Castner's record shall be conclusive. Castner's reserves the right to withdraw, add, amend, or change any lot before or at the sale. Catalogs are provided for convenience of selling and are not to be relied upon for any purpose. The purchase price on any sale advertised shall be the sum of the final bid and a buyer's premium of 18% of that bid. All items being sold with NO RESERVE. Terms of the Sale: Cash, Traveler's Checks, Visa, MC, Discover, or Pre-Approved Personal Check or w/ current bank letter of credit guaranteeing funds for this auction. 18% Buyer's Premium. Title of the offered lot shall pass to the buyer upon the fall of the auctioneer's hammer (when announced sold). The Buyer shall immediately assume full risk and responsibility of the lot. Our staff will either hand the buyer the lot or place it in a convenient location. It is advisable that buyers take possession of purchased items and remove them as soon as possible. We are not responsible for misplaced, stolen, or left goods. Items purchased at gallery sales which are at the gallery for 4 days or more become our possession and the buyer relinquishes any right to said item(s), or any compensation. Leaving items at any on-site auction is done solely at the risk of the buyer. The buyer shall, at the time of purchase, pay any sales tax which is applicable. A properly completed NJ ST3 Resale certificate must be on file prior to purchase to exempt such tax. Buyers of motor vehicles shall pay tax upon registration at Division of Motor Vehicles.NOTICEAll property is sold "AS IS" and neither Castner's nor any seller makes any implied or express warranty or representation as to the condition or nature of any lot. No statement, either written or oral, shall constitute such a warranty or representation. Descriptions of items are not warranties; neither are they statements of nature or authentication. Buyers must evaluate both genuineness and condition of all articles offered for sale. We shall not be liable for any incidental or consequential damage from the sale or otherwise in connection with any property sold. Shipping will be done by third party. Buyer is responsible for all and any shipping/handling charges. There is a $30 returned check fee.
