CREATIONS TERMS OF USESeller agrees to provide accurate, clear and honest information about the vehicle or asset (?Creations?) advertised for auction on Bid Network Online (?BNO?).BNO does not guarantee that the Creations listed on BNO.com will be engaged in active bidding or be sold to any customer. The seller understands and agrees that BNO has the right to cancel or postpone an online auction for any reason.Once an auction on the Website has ended, the Seller understands and agrees that BNO is only responsible for providing the Seller with the contact information and bid information of the highest bidders.All items are sold AS IS. Inspections or lack thereof, are the responsibility of the bidder. BNO is not responsible for any promised services or additional parts announced available or sold with the vehicles. Seller agrees to indemnify and hold harmless BNO Auctions for any claim, damage or cost as a result of misrepresentation. Seller is responsible for any and all non-disclosed damages on creations.Creations with liens must be pre-approved by the auction office and must in all cases be accompanied by a letter from the lien holder stating the lien release conditions and payoff amount.Seller must disclose all liens and conditions that affect the transfer of title to the buyer.
